Sorso Wine Room

For ease of reading all times have been rounded to the nearest whole number with accuracy to the time frame applied...Called ahead and asked for outdoor heated seating and was told there would be no wait at 5:15...great! My wife and I were seated at 5:25 and told our server would make it to us "when they were able to" 5:45 go to ask the host where the restroom is and inquire about the server. 5:50 server arrives and takes wine order only; 6:00 wine arrives after being "rushed" . Dinner order consisted of a cup of tomato bisque (tomato sauce would be accurate) a charcuterie and Caesar salad with over done and dry grilled chicken yum! * Heavy sarcasm*. Food arrived at 6:20 our server Tara took no responsibility for the oversight on our lack of service during the entire interaction. Asked for boxes at 7:10 and a cup for the partially eaten "bisque" to be taken home and doctored into a pasta sauce for later and were told "unfortunately our cups have no lids at the moment" so we were given a box to put "soup" into...didn't take the"bisque". Will absolutely not be returning and as I myself work in the food service industry as a server bartender I was appalled at the lack of effective customer service and hospitality my partner and I received. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
